This original acrylic pointillism features Spiny Cheek Anemone fish. The first time I saw Anemone fish in the wild was in Indonesia. Some of my favorite dives were twilight dives as the lighting was so unique.
This is my first pointillism piece where I use a color other than black for my base layer. In this piece, I used a deep magenta as a base color in order to capture the feeling of twilight underwater.
The canvas measures 14 × 14 inches and is presented in a simple black floating frame making the total measurement 15 × 15 inches.
